The Ultimate: Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS

Is this the ultimate wingman? No, the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS is its own leading man and is itself highly desirable. Which is also partly due to the fabulous power unit in the mid-engined sports car.

The GT4 RS has what it takes to be the ultimate masterpiece to come out of Zuffenhausen. Porsche fans around the world saw the original Cayman as a worthy successor to the 911 anyway, and the 718 GT4 RS could finally make the breakthrough. Powered by the same 493-hp engine that propels the 911 GT3 around the track and backed by a seven-speed PDK transmission, the GT4 RS manages the sprint in 3.2 seconds and tops out at just over 315 km/h. The third-generation Cayman is kept down-to-earth by means of improved aerodynamics with a giant rear wing. After all, Porsche has never shied away from prominent adornments to the rear. Even as a pure racetrack tool, this Cayman GT4 RS could become the purchase of the decade.
