Wind in itself? Can safely be called intangible, which also lies in the nature of things. At least, if your name isn't Maserati: Because the Italians with the trident have been giving the winds an automotive and above all visible forms since 1963. It all started with the Mistral, followed by the Bora, the Merak, the Ghibli and the Levante. Now? It's the »Grecale's« turn and, as a Mediterranean winter wind, describes a compact SUV - with a 48-volt hybrid system and presumably enough power to get the air masses moving.
Also dynamic and above all new: the revised design DNA, which the Grecale is only the second model to receive after the MC20 super sports car. Chief designer Klaus Busse will therefore also be talking about this at tomorrow's Autostyle workshop: How does it manifest in the Grecale, what makes it stand out? How did the design process for the Grecale work? And then, in addition to the external qualities that have so far been camouflaged, there are also the internal values. These are also supposed to set the Grecale apart from the competition: connectivity and human-machine interfaces in particular are said to be groundbreaking.
